The Women’s Legacy Cruiser is one of those bikes that may turns some heads in terms of style, but it probably isn’t the most technologically advanced bikes Schwinn has ever built, but there are some tough acts to follow. This is one of their smaller bikes, with the frame being only 18” with a steel framing, atop some pretty stellar alloy wheels.

The Schwinn Legacy Cruiser Bike for women features an impressive seat features; choosing to be ergonomic here with a nice spring construction.  The wheels are pneumatic and ride extraordinarily well, with an inverted tire type that seems to work out well for those who’re looking for something a little different, although its surely not enough to scare anyone off. As one would expect out of a cruiser bike from Schwinn, this bike utilizes a coaster brake system. While not as popular as some of their other implementations suck as handle bar mounted brakes, there are still other features that are destined to satisfy old and new Schwinn owners, alike.

Overall the Schwinn Legacy Cruiser Bike didn’t fare well with actual consumers whom have purchased the bike. It got a disappointing 2.5 out of 5 stars. One lady said she got 10% off her order because the bike was poorly manufactured. There were nicks and dents in the chrome and some of the decals were off center. She said that the name “Schwinn” used to mean quality, but with the Schwinn Legacy Cruiser Bike she was very disappointed. Yet another user said that when he received this bike the fenders were so beat up that he had to take it to a bike shop to be fixed. Yet other reviewers said that they have found the bike to be fantastic and a husband and wife couple goes out and rides together and they absolutely love their purchase.
